I have 7 years of work experience with different Business Process Outsourcing companies that work with companies that are disruptive and need to scale fast by delivering amazing customer experience and back-office operations.

  • Completing the client’s on-boarding process.
  • Resolution of In-bound client queries and support tickets for different clients.
  • Developing training material in line with client requirements.
  • Day to day communication with clients.
  • Setting up a meeting agenda with clients.
  • Assessing and recording of team members' progress throughout the month.
  • Working with other staff to plan and coordinate work.
  • Keeping up to date with changes in the client requirements.
  • Provide extensive training to new team members on different clients.
  • Marketing and Social Media strategy making.
  • Developing and running sales campaigns for clients.
