I am the owner of a boxing gym and have been boxing and working as a boxing trainer for over 5 years. No matter what your goal, whether it's to lose weight, get stronger or to compete, I am ready to help you achieve it.

Sessions are 30 minutes, and we will focus on boxing, but there is an option for a full 60 minute session where I will also include strength and conditioning I have tailored for those in combat sports.
