We need vector logos for our brand. The deliverable includes two inkscape .svg files for two distinct sizes:
1. 250 x 150 px - a logo that includes the text "eco-libre"
2. 16 x16 px- a simplified version of the above design (without text) that's easily identifiable as a 16x16 pixel favico
Note that:
a. This *must* be designed in inkscape,
b. any fonts used *must* be open-source and available in the default debian apt repos, and
c. the deliverable svg will be licensed CC BY-SA
